Ok… So what’s to know about the Vampire Diaries star, Ian Somerhalder, other than he is smoking hot?

Here’s the dish . Before starring on the Vampire Diaries, Ian modeled for Ralph Lauren, Guess and many other élite brands. Yes, this man is exquisitely beautiful, but there is much more underneath his gorgeous face. Think not? Well keep reading.

Ian is a “clean freak” who loves to take yoga classes. Who would have thought?! Sign me up! He is also a sensitive and caring person. After the BP oil spill on the coast of his hometown Louisiana, Ian did all that he could to help. He rushed home, shot a public service announcement and volunteered at an animal shelter helping pelicans covered in oil. On November 13, 2010, he hosted a Bash on the Bayou charity fundraiser for the Society. During the event, Somerhalder was presented with a donation of $11,100 by The Vampire Diaries fandom for his birthday project. He cares about home and the environment, sounds like a good guy to bring home to the parents, right Nina!?

Ian thinks highly of his fans and has stated that he has the “best, most loyal fans on the planet!” Which is why we need to keep watching him on Vampire Diaries on Thursdays at 8pm. Let’s not let him down, because after all.. we are loyal.

We don’t know yet because the new book The Return: Midnight comes out march 15, 2011 and i am prttey sure that is the book we find out who elena chooses. She definitely has strong feelings for both so i think it could go either way but personally i think it has been and always will be stefan.hope i helped!! : { )
