St. Patrick’s Day is coming up soon on Sunday, March 17th. Do you know where you’ll be celebrating? If you don’t and you want to experience some authentic Irish Pubs, Tampa Bay is full of them! And these pubs are having weekend-long events specifically for the Irish holiday!
James Joyce Irish Pub in Ybor City: The pub features over 50 beers on tap, 30 Irish Whiskey’s and authentic Irish food. Try their Shepherd’s Pie or their Bangers & Mash! For St. Patrick’s Day, the James Joyce will host a 3-day St. Patty’s Day Bash starting on Friday, March 15th through St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday. The pub even has live music to entertain you during the weekend. There will even be a live Irish Bagpipe Krewe on Saturday night along with other traditional Irish music.

MacDinton’s SOHO District Hyde Park: If you just can’t wait to start partying and celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, MacDinton’s might be the place for you this weekend. On Saturday, March 9th, MacDinton’s will be hosting the 4th annual Leprechaun Pub Crawl. For this event, wear your best Leprechaun costume and get free drinks during registration starting at 5:30pm. Wear the costume and only pay $10 cover charge at the door ($15 without costume). And also enjoy the live music during the event.

The Dubliner Irish Pub: With two locations, you are sure to find a pub with drink specials and parties to your St. Patty’s Day liking. For St. Patrick’s Day, the Dubliner will host the St. Patrick’s Day Trinity Weekend. Three days of food, three days of parties, and three days of beer! Join The Dubliner starting March 15th with lunch specials and $5 Guinness all day! Then come again on Saturday for St. Puppy’s Day with your pets, including pet costume contests, pet food drive, and free Guinness! End the weekend on the holiday an Irish brunch buffet and green beer with live entertainment!!

O’Brien’s Irish Pub: This pub, located on N. Dale Mabry, has been serving Tampa Bay for about 20 years! With their Irish food, music and parties, you know they know how to party on St. Patrick’s Day. Celebrate at O’Brien’s starting on Friday, March 15th with live music from one of Tampa’s longest running bands, Phoenix beginning at 9:30pm. On Saturday, March 16th, the live music continues with performances from Jimmy James & the Velvet Explosion also at 9:30pm.
