Make Your Casual, Dressy: Blazin’ Blazers
I often find myself in the biggest morning dilemma. I like to look casual and relaxed, but cute still cute and classy… I mean come on, what if I bump into a cute guy. The perfect thing to do is throw a blazer over it! Blazers can turn a boring outfit into that semi-dressy-casual ordeal that we often look for. Recently, my favorite way to wear a blazer has been with screen t-shirts. The blazer makes the outfit look more mature and stylish, and the screen T keeps it causal.
A black blazer can definitely go with anything; you can never go wrong with a black fitted blazer.
Pink Floyd screen T and a velvet blazer with jeans; she looks relaxed and fashionable. The velvet is so retro, I love it!
This ‘blazin’ blue blazer looks great with studded shorts and the black and white T.
Polk-a-dot blazer, a pop of yellow and some stylish ripped jeans looks great going to the mall or out to eat with the girls.
Grey and coral cuffed blazer with torn up jeans and a Rolling Stone screen T. I say, rock on!
You can make this look preppy and fun. Throw on some colorful shoes with a colorful blazer.
You can even make sneakers look great with a blazer, just look at Tracy Ross rockin’ those Jordans!
Next time you want to look casual and dressy at the same time, try a screen T, some jeans and a great blazer! The best part about this look is how affordable it is. Screen T’s can be super cheap (try Forever 21, they have tons!) and every girl has a favorite pair of jeans (wear them cuffed to change up the look). The “big” investment is in the blazer, but it is so worth it because they go with everything!
