Is Amanda Bynes Pulling Our Leg?

If you’re a 90’s child you probably remember watching some really great TV shows. Some might include All That, Kenan and Kel, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Lizzie McGuire, Even Stevens… I can go on for days. One of the stars that became famous during this time was Amanda Bynes. We fell in love with her quirky, fun personality and on top of that she seemed to have a down-to-earth attitude that everyone could get along with. But recently that hasn’t really been the case. Bynes has been in story after story detailing legal woes, Twitter wars, and her postings of semi-nude pictures. It has to make you wonder how a down to earth girl can make such a dramatic turn for the worse?

I’ve personally theorized that Bynes is doing this all as a publicity stunt to mock the media and how they follow celebrities. I’m also hoping that this is the case because at one point she seemed to have a great career ahead of her. Bynes had a string of successful shows and movies throughout  her career including What I Like About You, She’s the Man, Easy A, and so on. Hopefully Bynes will come clean and say the last year or so was all a stunt to poke fun at the media and if that’s not the case then hopefully she’ll clean up her act and become the Amanda Bynes we all originally fell in love with years ago on All That.

What do you think? Is Amanda’s bad behavior real or is she just pulling our leg?
