Apple has a plastic iPhone?
Yes. Plastic and colorful! Apple has released the iPhone 5S and 5C on September 10th at the Apple Headquarters in Cupertino, California. According to CNN, the iPhone 5C features a “polycarbonate shell” … to people like myself, that’s a fancy word for plastic. These iPhones are not just your average plastic, but they are colorful as well! This is awesome for Fall because you can pick a color that matches your everyday look. No more naked black and white iPhones!
Not only did we get the 5C, but we’ve got the 5S! It’s faster and more high-tech… it’s all about technology in this country. Growing up in a technological society is great, but sometimes I cannot even begin to keep up with these new innovations.
My favorite feature of the new iPhone 5S is the fingerprint detection security. With this new security, you never have to worry about remembering your pass code or having some algorithmic genius hack into your phone (or your ever so sneaky boyfriend or girlfriend!).
These phones are also available in colors such as gold, silver, and a grey-blackish color. I’m most excited about the gold phone! Who doesn’t like gold?
To go along with the new phones, iOS 7 is set to release on September 18. Apple seems to have a lot going on this month and we’re excited about it. What do you think about all of this? Are you planning on making a purchase? A holiday gift? Let us know!
