Christmas Cocktails

The holidays aren’t complete without cocktails! See some great Christmas cocktail recipes below.

1.  Pear Rosemary Cocktail

2 oz pear vodka
1.5 oz whipped vodka
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ rosemary syrup (1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 3 rosemary sprigs)
4 oz pear juice
4 oz sparkling water
2” rosemary sprig

2. Drunken Pumpkin Pie

½ cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
½ cup graham crackers, finely crushed
2 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. coffee-flavored rum
.75 oz Irish cream

3. Cranberry Mojito, Serves 4

16 ounces fresh cranberries, washed and dried
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
20 fresh mint leaves
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
8 ounces rum
12-14 ounces club soda
4 tall glasses
