Bayside: Hillsborough County’s SMART Program (1/18)

This episode of Bayside airs Saturday (1/18) at 6:30am!

Project SMART is a 5-year grant funded program designed to attract potential teachers with non-education Bachelor’s degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, also known as STEM, who want to teach math or science to middle or high school age students. Project SMART is in their final semester of recruitment! The program offers several financial incentives and free pre-service training courses for those interested. Information sessions are held at the Tampa Bay Work Force Alliance. Tune in to Bayside on Saturday, January 18th for more information about Project SMART.
