Life can be very stressful and challenging for youth and young adults, and many of them have a limited number of people that they can turn to for support. Florida Healthy Transitions is a program funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).  The program aims to improve access to treatment and support services for youth and young adults ages 16 – 25 that either have, are experiencing symptoms, or are at risk of developing a serious mental health condition.  The program also aims to reduce stigma related to mental health, and focuses on empowering young people to be their best.
