A SUPRISING TURN – When Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) cousin unexpectedly shows up at her door, Jane questions her own less than spontaneous life.  Xo (Andrea Navedo) finds the perfect location for her dance studio, but it happens to be near her ex-boyfriend, Bruce (guest star Ricardo Chavira.)  Rogelio (Jaime Camil) realizes his feelings for Xo, but struggles with telling her.  Petra (Yael Grobglas) is served with a lawsuit and she decides to ask Rafael (Justin Baldoni) for help.  Meanwhile, Michael (Brett Dier) is ready to get to work just as they get a break in the Mutter case.

Ivonne Coll also stars.  Melanie Mayron directed the episode written by Valentina Garza & David S. Rosenthal (#306).  Original airdate 11/21/2016.
