Located in the heart of Tampa, CrossFit 813 says its specialty is “not specializing.” CrossFit 813 bills its training as “broad, general and inclusive.” For those worried about not being able to keep up, it also offers assurances that all workouts are matched to your individual ability. CrossFit training centers are often referred to as “boxes.” A look at Crossfit 813 shows why. It may appear boxy, but every inch of space is put to work in a variety of ways with plenty of room for static exercises such as weighlifting or dynamic exercises that tap each member’s competitive spirit.
