When I think of glitter, I think of puffy paint, art projects and neon-bright colors. I often avoid buying glittery outfits and super shimmery dresses are not my first choice in the mall. However, I have to admit that I have noticed a recent exception to my no glitter rule: gold! These dresses worn by the stars look great; not too much, not too little. I know bright colors aren’t for everyone, but neutral and gold tones, anyone can wear.
