Tom Cavanagh, star of ED and multiple Scrubs episodes, has been casted for The Flash. He will play Harrison Wells, physics hot-shot and money man behind Central City’s S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator. But wait, Flash fans, there’s more! John Wesley Shipp, aka the O.G. Flash, will be part of The CW’s remake. Shipp played Flash in the 1990s CBS series. We don’t know much about Shipp’s role as The CW is remaining very secretive. We do know, however, that if the pilot is picked up, Shipp will be a recurring character. This is huge news for huge Flash fans!
